Export data warnings to CSV

  We would like to see the ability to download a CSV of errors for each error such as missing acceptance dates or missing FUB IDS, Agents, etc. This way if the client would like us to backfill for them, they can easily access the exact list of transactions that need more info.

  I believe App Support can already do this on a error category-by-error category basis.
