Custom Nudge Rules to Target/Exclude Based on Tagging

Ability to customize nudges by targeting/exclude based on current FUB tags. Exclusion example: if a lead is tagged with "ISA Nurture" there is an ISA calling to nurture that lead and the assigned agent would not need to be nudged. Target example: another team has all Zillow leads staged to "Nurture" but having the timeframes tagged so they can customize their reach out to mid/longer timeframes based on the tag.
