  While not a replacement for the ease of a Tag, I do want to note a current workaround.
  In FUB there is the ability to search at the top and select Note to see a lead list.
  
  1. Search "Reassigned due to MaverickRE action"
  2. Select the second tab Note
  3. Select See all the results for ""Reassigned due to MaverickRE action"" at the bottom of the dropdown to access full lead list page
