Lead Router- Ping more than one agent at once, like 5 at a time

Algorithm- it would be great if the router could ping multiple agents vs just 1 at a time and can increase the claim time to 2 minutes

Curious to learn more (from John or any upvoter) what the difference would be for your team to increase claim time while also pinging multiple agents (which might increase "collision potential" of more than one agent trying to claim a lead at the same time) versus ~6 agents all having a short window of exclusivity before expanding the potential pool.
