More options for Appointment Outcome & Stages

I'd like to see more options for Appointment Outcomes for my team to choose from.

Hello Livia (and upvoters)!

Currently, all appointment types and outcomes are totally open ended and user defined in Follow Up Boss under Admin > Appointments > Add Types/Outcomes.

MaverickRE then pulls these Types and Outcomes, and sends via SMS whatever Outcomes you defined in FUB via the Appointment Outcome Text settings in Preferences > Appointment Outcome Messaging.

You can also tell MaverickRE which Outcomes were Met or Not Met via Preferences > Data Configs > Appointment Outcomes AND which Appointments are Buyer types, Seller types, Both or Ignore under Preferences > Data Configs > Appointment Types. However, our Appointment report does show the Appointment Types you defined in Follow Up Boss and only uses these "type mappings to lead type" for overview reporting and filters.
