Agent Rules & Alerts Reporting
I'd like to see reporting around the nudging tool. I want to be able to know how many times it took to nudge an agent before they resolved the past-due rule.

Kelda (or any upvoter on this suggestion): would you like to see this in a central reporting location like the Sales Manager Report as a new column on the Team Overview table? Or would you prefer a totally separate Nudge Report? -

Kate RobinsonWe'd like a report showing number of nudges/reassignments sent to agent, and being able to filter by dates. Example: John Smith had # reassignments between Date & Date (7 days, 1 month, etc)
