Add 'time' to the thread in the New Lead Messaging feature when an appointment is set.
Mike Roland - Requests that a "TIME" be added to the thread on New Lead Messaging feature when an appointment is set. At this time they're not utilizing this feature due to the incorrect time that the feature automatically sets.

The time of appointment currently defaults to 12pm. Being able to add a time of appointment is essential to his team. -

Alan MergedWants to add "Time of appointment' feature since knowing that the Appointment Time defaults to 12:00pm. This will affect current workflows/communications to clients with misinformation.

Russ Ford1) adding a "picking a time" option for the new lead messaging appointment setting text flow is very necessary. It's a great tool, but the default time of 2:00 pm ET, if an agent doesn't change it, throws off the times for the appointment follow-up messaging tool texts that get sent out (which is also a great tool if they're sent at the right time!), and it also seems to be adding the appointment to a clients calendar at an incorrect time, which obviously creates confusion. Even if an agent then goes in and correct the time, this is a confusion-causer.
2) Picking a time in the text flow would be the ideal solution, but even a band-aid in the meantime of changing the default time to later in the evening so that the appointment follow-up message don't get sent out hours before most of our client appointments later in the day (and then time out) would be helpful for now.

Rachel Montoya AdminThank you for these votes and feedback!
Our Development team has confirmed feasibility, and we will begin work on this shortly to provide guided freeform TIME input as a follow up text to the date selection.
