FUB Call Grading Based on Stage
AI Call Grading to focus only on calls with clients in specific Stages. I believe the low scores might be due to the high volume of calls we handle with Active and Pending clients throughout the day. If we could exclude those stages and instead grade calls only in the following stages: Lead, A, B, C, and Nurture, I think it would provide a more accurate representation of our performance.

This would be helpful to see specific insights for how conversations are graded through out communication with a client. Example calls in stage lead/attempting contact should be different that a conversation with a A/B staged lead. -

Tony MergedMy agents are saying the system is pulling and grading calls that are not appointment setting scenarios. For example, a current client that agent calls to discuss inspection, or a photo date scheduled. This is happening on real-time calls within our CRM.
Agents like seeing grades on their real conversations, as well as AI calls. These calls are getting very low grades and it is bringing the agents avg grade down.
If there was a way to purge these calls out, or give the agent the ability to remove a call graded because it is not valid to be graded. -

Rachel Montoya Admin MergedHey Tony! I notified Amber about this request as well, but I wanted to call out our recent Stage addition in filters on the AI Grading reports. At this point in time it's focused on Current Stage; however, we're working to adjust this to be Stage at Time of Call. That way you'll be able to focus in on those more top funnel calls rather than those lower down who aren't needing to set appointments.
Separate from this, we're also working to add to your Preferences page to give you the ability to only grade calls from specific Sources and Stages in the first place.

Leaving as In Progress while we continue work on allowing pre-defining Source/Stage selection to focus grading. -
