Ability to listen to the AI Coaching calls

As Team Leaders (and the agents) we should be able to listen to and download the AI coaching calls. Without this we are missing a big coaching opportunity.

Definitely. This is planned, just need to get to this point in our roadmap.

Would love for AI coach to record so the agent hear their call along with reading the report.. It is one thing to read what they did and another to hear.
